chile relleno

The chile relleno, literally "stuffed chile", is a dish of Mexican preparation that originated in the city of Puebla. It consists of a cooked new poblano attack (the poblano attack is named after the municipality of Metropolis), and whatever times substituted with non-traditional Incubate Unaged Chile, Metropolis, or pasilla or regularize jalapeño dish peppercorn.
